Closed notices can be reposted in two ways.
If you wish to reopen the existing announcement as is , simply modify the deadline and reopen it .
If you want to create a new announcement based on the existing announcement content , copy and use New Open .
1. Reopen a closed job posting
This is a method to repost a closed notice by changing only the deadline while keeping the content of the notice exactly as it is.
Usage situation
This is used when you want to re-display an existing announcement exactly as is.
example:
- If you want to recruit for the same job posting again
- Cases where the announcement content does not need to be changed and only the deadline needs to be extended
- If you want to modify and repost an existing announcement
How to proceed
- Navigate to Recruitment Management > Job Posting Management from the left menu.
- Select the Closed Announcements tab at the top of the Announcement Management screen.
- Find the notice to repost from the list of closed notices.
- Select the management menu … button for the relevant announcement.
- Select Edit from the displayed menu.
- Go to the announcement details page or the announcement edit screen.
- Find the due date item on the screen.
Reset the date in the deadline setting area.
Example: If the existing deadline has passed, change the new deadline to a date after today.
- If there are any parts of the announcement that need correction, we will make the corrections together.
- Once you have finished editing, select the Post Announcement button on the right or bottom of the screen.
- Check the announcement list to see if the announcement has been reposted.

2. Copy closed job posting and open new one
This is how to copy the content of a closed announcement and register it as a new announcement .
You can leave the existing announcement closed as is and create a new announcement based on the same content.
Usage situation
This is used when you want to re-register a new announcement that is similar to an existing one.
example:
- If you want to re-hire for the same position but manage it as a new job posting
- If you want to modify only parts of the existing announcement by referring to it
- If you want to separate existing applicant management from new applicant management
- If you intend to repost the job advertisement by making partial changes to the title, working conditions, number of openings, deadline, etc.
How to proceed
- Navigate to Recruitment Management > Job Posting Management from the left menu.
- Select the Closed Announcements tab at the top of the Announcement Management screen.
- Find the announcement to copy from the list of expired announcements.
- Select the management menu … button for the relevant announcement.
- Select Copy from the displayed menu.
- Go to the announcement creation page with the same content as the closed announcement entered.
The phrase “Copy of Announcement Title” is automatically attached to the title of the copied announcement.
example:
Original Title: [Gimpo City] Hiring Foreigners for General Machine Assembly
Copy Title: [Gimpo City] Copy of Recruitment of Foreigners for General Machine Assembly- Check the announcement title, and if necessary, delete the phrase “copy of” or modify it to a new title.
- Check items that need modification, such as recruitment details, job duties, working conditions, salary, application requirements, and visa conditions.
- Set the deadline to match the new announcement.
- After reviewing all the details, select the Post Announcement button.
- Check the announcement list to see if the new announcement has been successfully posted.
The difference between reopening and copying
| division | Reopening after revising the deadline | New opening after copy |
|---|---|---|
| Announcement type | Repost the existing announcement | Register as a new announcement |
| Existing announcement details | Can be maintained as is | You can edit the copied content. |
| title | Maintain existing title | Automatically add “Copy of” to the title |
| Recommended usage situations | When only extending the deadline or making simple modifications | When creating a new announcement based on an existing announcement |
| Existing announcement status | Repost after editing | The existing announcement remains in a terminated state. |
Precautions for the work
When reposting a closed notice, you must ensure that the deadline is newly set . If the deadline is set to a past date, the notice may not be posted properly, or it may appear closed immediately after posting.
If you are opening a new post after copying, the phrase “Copy of” is automatically appended to the title, so it is recommended to check the title before posting the announcement.
In addition, since the content of the existing job posting is copied exactly, you must verify that the number of openings, working conditions, salary, work location, visa conditions, and application requirements match the current recruitment conditions before posting.
