• Seafood Processing and Preservation: Daeil Fisheries engages in the business of processing and preserving various seafood such as oysters, mussels, and clams into smoked, cooked, dried, frozen, and canned forms. We secure fresh raw materials through our own fish farms for processing and produce safe products through thorough quality control.
• Seafood Export: We are an export-oriented company, exporting 60-70% of our products overseas. We have secured competitiveness in the global market by completing US FDA registration and obtaining international certifications such as HACCP, SQF, ISO 22000, and K-FISH.
• Integrated Oyster Production System: We have a system that integrally operates the entire process from oyster farming to shucking, processing, and packaging. This allows us to move to the next stage without delay, maintaining the optimal freshness and taste of oysters.

Products

• Fresh and Frozen Oysters: We provide top-grade oysters farmed in the seas of Geoje and Tongyeong in their fresh state, and also produce frozen oysters using the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) method to preserve their freshness. They are mainly exported overseas, such as to Japan.
• Dried Oysters and Oyster Concentrate: We produce dried oysters made by drying oysters and oyster concentrate made by concentrating the broth from boiling oysters. Oyster concentrate is supplied as a sauce ingredient to places like Hong Kong and Japan, and is also supplied to major domestic corporations.
• Canned Seafood: We produce various types of canned seafood, including smoked oyster in oil cans, boiled oyster cans, smoked mussel cans, and clam cans. We handle both OEM products for large corporations and our own brand 'DELISEA' products.
