Recruiting Shipment Manager (Automotive Body Parts)

1. Establishment and coordination of delivery schedule

Finalize the delivery schedule by comparing and coordinating the client's production plan with internal production plans.

Flexible readjustment of delivery plans in the event of urgent orders or production changes

Identify potential delivery delays in advance and consult with the client.

2. Shipment Management and On-Time Delivery

Guaranteeing shipment quality by verifying product packaging, labeling, and loading conditions

Dispatch management for transportation means such as trucks and dedicated transport vehicles

Delivery carried out without interrupting the client's production line in accordance with the JIT (Just In Time) method.

3. Logistics and Transportation Management

Collaborate with logistics companies for transportation scheduling, route optimization, and freight management

Establish measures to prevent product damage or loss during transport (e.g., dedicated pallets, safety seals)

Immediate response to transportation delays and accidents, and reporting to the client.

4. Inventory and Performance Management

Record and manage inventory awaiting shipment and delivery completion records in the ERP/system.

Prevention of excess and shortage inventory → Collaboration with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams

Management and improvement activities for delivery rate and On-Time Delivery (OTD) indicators
