Q1. What nationalities of foreign workers are currently employed?

A1. We have friends from Uzbekistan and Sri Lanka working together, sweating it out in our factory. There are also about 8 Korean employees working together, and they all have good personalities, so they get along very well with the foreign workers, helping and cooperating with each other like family.



Q2. What are the main tasks and working hours?

A2. When you join us, you will mainly be responsible for NCT operator tasks or metal bending work. It will be a great opportunity for beginners to properly learn precision processing technology. The basic working hours are from 7 AM to 4:20 PM. However, as the company is currently very busy with many orders, we are doing flexible overtime work until 7:10 PM, 8 PM, or even 9 PM depending on the daily workload. Currently, because it's so busy, we are all coming to work on Saturdays as well. I am confident that this is the best environment for those who want to earn a lot of money by working diligently.



Q3. Is long-term employment possible for foreign workers?

A3. We actively welcome it! If the workers work diligently and wish to continue working, we intend to take care of them and provide full support for them to continue working without any time limit. We will support them to the end.



Q4. What level of Korean language proficiency is required at the site?

A4. We need to read drawings, and above all, safety is the most important thing on site! Therefore, communication with managers and colleagues during work takes up a significant portion. If you can have basic conversations and communicate work-related matters in Korean, it will be much easier to adapt to the site, and we will give you preferential treatment.
