Q1. What nationalities of foreign workers are currently employed?

A1. We currently have colleagues from Uzbekistan and Sri Lanka working hard together in our factory. There are also about 8 Korean employees working with us, and they all have good personalities, so they get along very well with the foreign workers, helping and cooperating with each other like family.



Q2. What are the main tasks and working hours?

A2. Upon joining, you will primarily be responsible for NCT operator tasks or metal bending work. It will be a great opportunity for beginners to properly learn precision processing technology. The basic working hours are from 7 AM to 4:20 PM. However, as the company is currently very busy with many orders, overtime is flexibly applied until 7:10 PM, 8 PM, or even 9 PM depending on the daily workload. Currently, due to the high volume of work, we are working on Saturdays as well. Therefore, we confidently say this is the best environment for those who want to earn a lot of money by working diligently.



Q3. Is long-term employment possible for foreign workers?

A3. We actively welcome it! If the working employees perform diligently and wish to continue working, we intend to support them fully and take care of them without any time limit.



Q4. What level of Korean language proficiency is required on-site?

A4. We need to read blueprints, and above all, safety is the most important thing on-site. Therefore, communication with managers and colleagues during work takes up a significant portion. If you can have basic conversations and communicate work-related matters in Korean, it will be much easier to adapt to the site, and we will give you preferential treatment.
