• Songhwa mushroom (Songgo mushroom): Youngseon Farm's main product is the Songhwa mushroom, a variety that combines the aroma of Matsutake with the characteristics of shiitake mushrooms. It is evaluated as a high-quality mushroom due to its high probability of producing Baekhwago.

Special Notes

• High-quality Songhwa mushroom cultivation technology: We possess cultivation technology that utilizes the characteristic of Songhwa mushrooms, which require more light than water, to increase the probability of producing Baekhwago to about 80%. This offers the advantage of expecting higher income compared to general shiitake mushrooms.
• Eco-friendly cultivation method: After graduating from the Eco-friendly High-Quality Mushroom University in 2013, we have been operating a demonstration farm and cultivating mushrooms in an eco-friendly manner.
• Production system for full utilization: We have a system in place to utilize everything without waste, processing not only Grade 1 Baekhwago but also Grade 2 mushrooms and broken pieces into products like braised dishes and powders.
