• IC-Shipping Tray: This is a semiconductor packaging product made from high-performance raw materials to safely protect semiconductor devices from external impact or static electricity. It has characteristics such as high precision, high heat resistance, and conductivity, making it suitable for automated equipment in semiconductor manufacturing processes and SMT processes.
• Wafer Ring Carrier: This is a Wafer Ring Box that safely and effectively transports and stores dies mounted on wafers or film frames. It supports the stable transportation and storage of wafers in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
• EV/ESS Parts: These are battery module parts applied to electric vehicles (EV) and energy storage systems (ESS).
