Business Areas

• Equipment Business Division: We develop, design, manufacture, and supply essential automation and inspection equipment for the manufacturing processes of various electronic components such as semiconductors, PCBs, and batteries. Our vision inspection system, which applies high-resolution cameras and proprietary image processing algorithms, automatically identifies minute circuit defects or external flaws, playing a crucial role in improving semiconductor yield and reliability.
• Components Business Division: We manufacture lead frames, a core semiconductor component that acts as a skeleton protecting and supporting the semiconductor chip, consisting of a Die-Pad and Leads that connect the chip to the outside. We also produce FFC (Flexible Flat Cable), which is a cable for internal wiring in electronic products.
• PCB Business Division: We provide inspection technology for Mobile/IT core package substrates and next-generation high-speed semiconductor substrates. We maximize quality reliability by analyzing and inspecting highly integrated PCB circuits with our own equipment.

Products

• Semiconductor Inspection Equipment (AVI, AFVI): These are high-precision automated inspection equipment that detects minute defects in the semiconductor manufacturing process. We provide various inspection equipment such as BUMP FCCSP 2D AFVI M/C, BGA AFVI M/C, and Wafer Chip Auto Vision Inspection Machine.
• Lead Frame: It is a core component that acts as an electrical wire connecting the inside and outside of a semiconductor chip and as a support for the semiconductor. This includes LOC (Lead on Chip), IC (Integrated Circuit), TR, and PPF plating production.
