Recruitment Notice for Automotive Parts Production Specialists

1. Recruitment Divisions

Recruiting Department: Production Department
Number of recruits: 5 (Manager level with 3 years or less of experience to entry-level)
Job Responsibilities: 1. Automated Equipment Operation / Quality / Performance Management
- Sets and operates tools for automated precision machining equipment such as MCT and CNC.
- Inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure it operates in optimal condition.
We manage product quality control and production performance data.

2. Production Site Personnel Management
- Coordinates the work of field workers and manages production targets.

Qualifications: - No educational or work experience required (Diligence and proactiveness preferred)
- Candidates available for day/night shift work (negotiable if necessary)

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience operating general-purpose machining equipment (lathes, milling machines, etc.)
- Experience in the same industry (automotive parts production)
- Experience in production site management and leadership

2. Working Conditions

Job Title: Manager level (3 years or less experience) or Entry-level
Employment Type: Permanent (Probation period negotiable)
Working Hours: Day/Night 2-shift rotation (Detailed working hours are subject to company regulations)
Salary (Hourly Wage): 10,320 KRW ~ 11,000 KRW (Determined based on experience and duties)
