■ Working Conditions ○ Employment Type: Permanent (with probationary period) ○ Working hours: 5 days a week (08:00 ~ 17:00) ○ Separate allowances paid for overtime and special work
■ Salary ○ Experienced - Annual salary of 35 million won or more - Adjusted based on experience and work ability ○ New recruits - Starts at minimum wage - Salary increase based on job proficiency
