Since there are fewer than 10 identical products, you can view it as a combination of contract manufacturing and semi-mass production.
There are approximately 5 employees, and there are 4 SMEC (Samsung) MCT machines.
The team consists of 1 Factory Manager (concurrently responsible for quality, sales, and delivery management), 3 Machine Technicians (1 of whom is currently being hired), and 1 Foreigner in the Department of Machinery.
The main processed products are Aluminum 5052 and Stainless Steel 304.
We are recruiting beginners and those with approximately 1 year of experience. We are looking for someone who will stay with us for a long time while learning.
You can systematically advance as a technician by mastering the roles of machine assistant -> machine operator -> programmer using CAM.
