Metal Parts Composite CNC Production Manager

[Job Introduction]
Our company manufactures high-quality machine parts required for various industrial sectors. As a specialist in complex CNC machining, we ask that you contribute to improving our company's productivity by overseeing machine and product management.

[Main Duties]
- Precision management and maintenance of complex CNC machining machines
- Continuous improvement efforts to increase production process efficiency
- Ensuring the safety of machinery and products and complying with relevant regulations
- Product quality control and analysis of defect causes
- Material management and efficient inventory management

[Working Hours and Rest Periods]
- Working Hours: In principle, a five-day workweek is used, and detailed working hours are as follows.
• Standard working hours: 18:00 ~ 06:00 the following day (10 hours of work excluding 2 hours of break time out of a total of 12 hours per day)
• Detailed Composition: Statutory standard working hours 8 hours + Fixed overtime 2 hours

- Break time (meal time and rest): A total of 2 hours per day is granted as unpaid time, divided into periods as follows. This break time is unpaid and excluded from working hours.
• 1st Break Time: [ 23:00~ 24:00] (Total 1 hour)
• 2nd Break Time: [ 03:00~ 04:00] (Total 1 hour)
