1. Operation of Plasma Spray Coating Robot Equipment
2. Pre- and Post-Coating Treatment

6-axis robot programming and equipment operation, facility maintenance & inspection tasks

Detailed tasks:
● Masking (excluding the coated area to remove contaminants from the coated surface)
Area masking tape work
● Sanding (removal of coating surface using a sander under high pressure)
● APS (Atmospheric Plasma Coating) Coating -> Matching the specifications of each product
Add powder and plasma
A process of generating and melting powder to spray it onto the product's coating surface.
● Unevenly coated at the boundary between the coating area and the masking area
Gently remove (finishing)



Preference given to those skilled in machine operation
Preference given to those skilled in handling hand tools.
Experienced candidates preferred
