Detailed work requirements

1. Hiring Production Staff for Automotive Rearview Mirror Assembly & Rearview Mirror Component Glass Holder Sub-assembly
2. Recruiting assembly production workers separately for day shifts and day/night two-shift rotations.
3. Implement extended overtime work (3–4 times a week, 2–2.5 hours per day) and holiday special work as necessary, in accordance with the production work plan.
4. Additional night shift allowance provided for day and night two-shift work.
5. 100% bonus paid after one year of service.
6. Commuter buses operate (available depending on the route)
7. Lunch provided, dinner provided for overtime work
