Detailed work requirements

[ Recruiting Additional Nursing Assistants ]
Entry-level applications welcome
- Holders of a Class 2 Ordinary driver's license or higher and capable of driving (driving a center vehicle to accompany to the hospital)

[ Job Responsibilities ]
- Responsible for care and nursing of resident elderly
- Medication administration, drug management, and health care for elderly residents
- Management and support for external hospital medical care for residents
- Treatment assistance for resident seniors and use of computerized record management (CARE FOR)

[Working Conditions]
- 5-day work week (flexible work system with compensatory weekday off for weekend work)
- There is a 3-month internship period
