[Pretreatment Process]

Operation of degreasing, washing, surface conditioning, and coating processes
Management of pretreatment chemical concentration, pH, temperature, and treatment time
Medication replenishment and replacement (bath drying and replacement)
Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of pretreatment facilities
Compliance with pretreatment quality control and work standards
Analysis of Causes of Preprocessing Failures and Improvement

[Wastewater Treatment Process]

Operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities
Operation of coagulation, neutralization, and sedimentation processes
Water quality management including pH, TOC, and SS
Management of treatment chemical input and usage
Sludge management and removal operations
Discharge water quality management and record keeping
Compliance with environmental laws and permit requirements

Analysis of the cause and measures in case of equipment malfunction
Writing daily inspection logs and driving records
Safety, health, and environmental management activities
5S and on-site improvement activities
