- On-site steel structure management and fabrication work
- Window and door installation work
- Holders of welding certifications: Preferred
- Experienced candidates preferred (entry-level candidates with relevant certifications are welcome)
- Experienced window and door installers preferred
- Within the jurisdiction (residents of Sokcho and Yangyang counties)
- Frequent external construction work
- Beginner Architecture Certificate
- Computer-Aided Architectural Drafting Technician
- Preference given to candidates with field experience
