Products

• TG DECK (Integrated Deck Plate): This product integrates a truss girder assembled with high-yield strength deformed steel wire, welded onto a galvanized steel plate. Since the steel plate is not exposed after concrete pouring, it is advantageous for preventing corrosion on the underside, and automated PITCH adjustment equipment ensures productivity and structural strength precision.
• GREEN DECK (Demountable Deck Plate): This product allows for the reuse of the bottom steel plate through bolt assembly. After concrete pouring and curing, the bottom steel plate can be easily separated, recovered, and recycled, maximizing efficiency compared to traditional plywood formwork methods.
• HEAT DECK (Insulation-Integrated Deck Plate): This is a new product manufactured by attaching highly insulating urethane insulation to the underside of the deck plate. By eliminating the insulation process, it shortens construction time, provides excellent insulation performance with seamless construction, and offers cost-saving effects.
