• Batch Cleaning Equipment (E600): As a standalone batch cleaner, it reduces operating costs through high cleaning efficiency, low chemical consumption, and DI wastewater recycling. It features a dual pump system with two separate circuits.
• Vertical Curing Oven (HBZ-250): It increases productivity by reducing the manpower required for batch oven loading and unloading through in-line automation. It improves process consistency, enhancing quality, and its vertical form provides efficient curing cycles even in narrow spaces.
• Vapor Phase Soldering Equipment (Condenso XC): This vapor phase soldering equipment uses Galden solution and boasts excellent soldering quality. With vacuum functionality, it can achieve void levels as low as 2%, is suitable for soldering heavy products, and is ideal for high-mix, low-volume production.
