Business Areas

• LCD/Semiconductor Parts Division: We specialize in producing engineering plastic and SUS series gears, and various STEEL series gears suitable for LCD cleaning equipment and semiconductor equipment, with custom production available. We also manufacture timing pulleys and chain sprockets.
• LCD/Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance and C/S: Based on extensive experience and know-how, we provide maintenance services for LCD cleaning equipment and semiconductor equipment, including modification, improvement, stabilization, design, parts processing, assembly, and setup, according to customer orders.
• ONE STEP WASHER Maintenance and C/S Division: We perform maintenance and modification work on the mechanical, control, and piping parts of cleaning equipment, and are responsible for equipment overhauls, parts replacement, and upgrades.
