• Safety Device Business for Ships/Plants: Our main business involves the design, manufacture, and sale of flame arresters installed in large internal combustion engines for ships and industrial plants. We supply critical safety components that prevent flame propagation during vapor explosions inside engine crankcases.
• Semiconductor Manufacturing Process Solution Business: We have successfully expanded our business into ultra-low temperature (-60℃) insulated piping solutions for semiconductor manufacturing processes. • Crankcase Relief Valve (CRV): This is a safety valve that prevents crankcase damage during a diesel engine explosion and prevents secondary explosions. It prevents the ingress of oxygen or contaminants after an explosion and has a structure that allows for easy replacement of the flame arrester.
• ZRI - Air Intake Explosion Relief Valve: In the event of an engine intake line explosion, it immediately releases excessive pressure and prevents flame propagation, protecting workers, the engine, and equipment. The exclusive integrated flame arrester ensures pressure release without flame propagation.
• ZRE - Exhaust System Explosion Relief Valve: In the event of an exhaust system explosion, it immediately releases explosion pressure and blocks oxygen ingress to prevent secondary explosions. Made of stainless steel suitable for high-temperature environments, it can withstand multiple explosions without interrupting engine operation.
