• Manufacturing of Cosmetic Tubes and Caps: i-PACK Co., Ltd.'s core business is the manufacturing and supply of tubes and caps for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. We produce tubes of various materials, such as multi-layer PE tubes and aluminum barrier (ABL) tubes, considering the characteristics of the contents and the distribution environment. • Cosmetic Tubes (PE Tubes, AL Tubes): We produce multi-layer PE tubes and aluminum (AL) tubes of various sizes and specifications, including round, oval, polygonal, and airless tubes. We provide customized tubes that consider content protection and design, producing over 1,000 types of tubes monthly.
• Cosmetic Pumps and Caps: We manufacture various types of pumps and caps required for cosmetic containers, including various caps, dispensing pumps, buttons, and shoulders. The cosmetic pump engines produced/supplied from the automatic assembly line developed by our affiliated research institute possess high competitiveness with differentiated technology and reasonable prices compared to the same industry.
• Tube Production Facilities: We directly develop, manufacture, and supply automated facilities necessary for tube production, including PE extruders, PF extruders, offset printers, silk printers, automatic hot stamping machines, head injection molding machines, automatic capping machines, and sealing fillers. These are self-developed production facilities optimized for multi-product small-batch production.
