Products

• Valve: We produce various types of valves that control the flow of chemicals (including pure water) used in semiconductor and LCD equipment. These include air automatic valves, manual valves, high-pressure air automatic valves, and needle valves.
• Fitting: We provide PFA fittings with excellent sealing power due to their 5-layer sealing structure and higher tensile strength than tubes. They boast heat resistance that can withstand up to 200℃ and feature a diverse range of fitting products with various connection types.
• Bellows Type Pump: We manufacture pumps that can withstand high temperatures and minimize internal component wear by applying PTFE material. They are primarily used in semiconductor processes requiring stable fluid transfer.
• Flowmeter: We supply integrated-type flowmeters suitable for small spaces, capable of displaying instantaneous and total flow rates. They can use contact output signals, making them useful for process control.
