Products

• Roller Hearth Continuous Bright Annealing Furnace: A continuous heat treatment furnace used for bright annealing or normalizing of metals. It incorporates an atmosphere generation burner in the heating furnace, reusing the heat released during atmosphere gas generation for preheating the product, thus providing energy savings.
• NB Furnace - Aluminum Brazing Furnace: This equipment is widely used in continuous brazing processes for aluminum components in automotive and electrical devices in an inert atmosphere, after flux application. It is suitable for brazing heat exchangers such as radiators and condensers, and is equipped with special machinery to maintain a high-purity atmosphere.
• Quenching & Tempering Furnace / Carburizing Furnace: A heat treatment furnace with a built-in self-gas generating device to prevent the generation of uncracked gas, and a metal curtain installed to adjust the optimal atmosphere gas for each zone. It reduces raw material costs and exhaust gas purification costs through built-in gas generators and atmosphere gas recirculation.
