Business Areas

• Manufacturing and Localization of Chemical Pumps for Semiconductors and Displays: We are engaged in the business of localizing chemical pumps, which are core equipment for semiconductor and display manufacturing processes, and stably supplying them to major domestic device and equipment companies. We ensure product reliability through technology partnerships with global specialized manufacturers.
• Manufacturing of Semiconductor and Display Equipment: We undertake the manufacturing of piping and enclosures (Body) for semiconductor CCSS (Central Chemical Supply System) and display WET equipment. We also handle Turn Key manufacturing of semiconductor equipment VMB (Valve Manifold Box).

Products

• Diaphragm Pump: We produce and supply various diaphragm pumps, including the QUANTUM-S (DQS) specially designed for the semiconductor industry, the pure polymer QUANTUM (DDQ), and the UHMW-PE material ASTRAevo (DDE). These pumps are used for precise transfer of chemicals in semiconductor wet processes.
• Centrifugal Pump: We offer various centrifugal pumps such as SATURNevo compliant with ANSI/ASME standards, ROUTE for ATEX explosion-proof applications, and EUROPA for high-flow rate processing. They are applied in chemical processes and various industrial fields.
• Pump Accessories: We also provide accessories such as dampeners that reduce pump pulsation, water hammer, and vibration, contributing to the stable operation of the system.

Through an exclusive contract with Italy's Argal, we are domestically producing the first semiconductor diaphragm pumps in Korea.
• Technological Prowess and Quality Management: We possess our own cleanroom and produce high-quality products based on years of experienced technical personnel and over 10 years of drawing development experience. In 2023, we obtained ISO 9001/14001 certification, establishing a thorough quality management system.
