• Plastic Plating: We specialize in chemical plating (electroless plating) and electroplating to impart conductivity to non-metallic plastic surfaces. We possess various metal plating technologies, including chrome, gold, black, and white silver.
• Plastic Product Injection: We possess injection molding technology that critically influences plating quality, and we focus on stress management and defect rate improvement through injection molding. We conduct processes that take plating into consideration during design development and mold manufacturing.
• Eco-friendly Plating Technology: In response to regulations on Cr+6 plating, which involves toxic and hazardous substances, we are applying eco-friendly Cr+³ plating to mass production for the first time in Korea. • Chrome Plating: We offer the most basic plastic chrome plating, produced with stable quality and a fully automated system. It is applied to meet the requirements of various industrial sectors.
• Special Metal Plating: We provide special metal plating services to meet diverse customer needs, including gold plating (yellow, pink gold), black plating, white silver plating, and other alloy plating.
• Trivalent Chrome Plating (Cr+³): We are applying eco-friendly trivalent chromium plating to mass production for the first time in Korea to comply with environmental regulations. This is an electroplating method using Cr₂(SO₄)₃ following activation and ultrasonic rinsing after the undercoating.
