Doldam Co., Ltd. is a non-woven fabric and felt manufacturer established in 1981, equipped with the largest non-woven padding facilities and technology in Korea. It primarily develops and produces eco-friendly non-woven fabrics and padding materials used in bedding, furniture, clothing, etc., with an annual production capacity of 24 million yards.

• Development and Production of Non-woven Padding Materials: We develop and produce high value-added non-woven padding materials used in bedding, furniture, and clothing. By applying functional polyester fibers from global chemical fiber material companies, we supply a variety of products.
• Manufacturing of Eco-friendly Non-woven Fabrics and Wadding: We develop eco-friendly non-woven fabrics using 100% domestically produced virgin cotton and conduct '3-No Marketing' (no fluorescent whitening agents, no formaldehyde, no harmful bacteria). Through our wadding line, we produce products for various uses such as bedding, clothing, and agricultural materials.
• Development of Functional Special Non-woven Fabrics: We are focusing on developing premium functional non-woven fabric products that do not harm humans or nature, including eco-friendly antimicrobial padding, heat-generating padding, flame-retardant padding, and biodegradable padding.

• Non-woven Padding: We produce high-quality non-woven padding used in various lifestyle and industrial fields such as bedding, furniture, and clothing. Produced in Korea's largest facilities, it offers various functionalities tailored to customer requirements.
• Sani-Padding: An antimicrobial non-woven padding product applying the antimicrobial processing technology of Swiss Sanitized AG, a global antimicrobial brand. It is primarily used in bed mattresses, sofas, and bedding where hygiene and safety are crucial.
• Biodegradable Non-woven Padding: An eco-friendly padding developed using Ecoen, a biodegradable, high-heat-resistant polyester yarn. It contributes to solving the problem of clothing waste and is gaining attention as an eco-friendly filling material to replace animal down.

Recruitment Information

• Main Hiring Positions: We primarily recruit for positions such as production, unloading, loading, and cargo handling of textile and non-woven fabric products.
• Benefits: National Pension, Employment Insurance, Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance, and Health Insurance are provided, along with severance pay. A 5-day work week (8 AM to 5 PM) is standard, with weekend work adjusted through discussion depending on the situation. The annual salary is 30 million KRW or more.
