Dohyeon Machinery is a specialized machining and manufacturing company led by CEO Ko Gwang-mi, located in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province. Established in 2005, it operates with 11 employees in the manufacturing of miscellaneous goods handling equipment. Primarily through machining, it produces machine parts and equipment required for various industrial sectors.

Since its establishment in March 2005, Dohyun Machinery (DMW) has grown by starting with the manufacturing of gears and power transmission devices. Based on technical capabilities specialized in the machining and assembly of large machine parts, we supply products to various fields, including the shipbuilding and marine industries. We are equipped with a quality management system, having obtained ISO 9001 ABS certification in 2010.

Business sectors

• Machining Manufacturing: We perform precision machining of gears, power transmission devices, large machine parts, etc. We are equipped with facilities capable of cutting gears with an outer diameter of up to 72 inches.
• Large-scale Fabrication and Assembly: We possess the capability to fabricate and assemble large structures, such as marine crane parts and container rings. We carry out operations using large equipment, including 30-ton and 10-ton cranes.

• Large Bull Gears: We produce gears of various sizes, including split bull gears with a diameter of up to 20 meters. We specialize in the production of large bull gears using EDM technology.
• Marine Crane Parts: We manufacture core components used in marine cranes, such as large container rings, hoists, winches, fairleads, and chain stoppers. We supply to major clients including NOV AmClyde.
• Castings and Forgings: We supply special castings and forgings made of various materials, including steel, bronze, cast iron, and stainless steel, tailored to customer requirements. We also provide high-quality assembly and fabrication services.

• Large-scale Part Machining and Manufacturing Capabilities: We are equipped with the facilities and technical expertise to process and transport large products, including bull gears with a maximum diameter of 20 meters and products weighing up to 225 tons. Efficient production is possible through the operation of multiple factories and large cranes.
