• Mold Part Manufacturing: We manufacture and develop various types of mold parts, including plastic, press, and die-casting mold parts, as well as ultra-hard custom parts and precision PCB pins. We supply precision mold parts required in various industrial fields such as electronics, electrical, and automotive.

Products

• Standard and Custom Mold Parts: We manufacture various standard parts used in plastic and press molds, such as ejector pins, core pins, sleeve pins, punches, and dies, as well as high-difficulty custom parts according to customer drawings. We can process various metals including SKH, SKD, and SUS.
• Engineering Plastic Reclaimer (RM-32D): This is a self-resin recycling device that pellets expensive engineering plastic regrind into pellets with the same form and properties as virgin material. It is effective for recycling high-performance resins and reducing waste disposal costs.
• Injection Automation Robots and Peripheral Equipment: We independently develop and manufacture automatic take-out robots for injection molded products and sell injection molding peripheral equipment domestically. We provide automation equipment that enhances the efficiency of the injection molding process, such as mini-runner injection molding systems.
