Business Areas

• KCC e-MAX Club Flat Glass Distribution: As a KCC e-MAX Club member company, we use genuine KCC Glass raw materials and distribute various architectural flat glass products such as low-E glass and reflective glass, which have excellent insulation performance and condensation prevention effects.
• TPS/Aluminum Insulated Glass Processing: Based on our experience and know-how with aluminum insulated glass and TPS insulated glass spacers, we have established a state-of-the-art full line to process insulated glass.
• Production of Functional Low-E Glass and System Glass: We produce tempered glass with North Glass's latest manufacturing equipment, and have excellent productivity in the tempered processing quality of low-E coated glass.

Products

• Tempered Glass: We have a horizontal tempered glass process capable of producing sizes up to 2,500 X 6,000mm and thicknesses from 4 to 19mm, and can produce insulated glass combined with low-E glass tempered products.
• TPS Insulated Glass: We produce high-quality insulated glass with enhanced thermal insulation performance for architectural glass through an automatic TPS spacer insulated glass production line.
• Gas Insulated Glass: We produce and supply argon gas-filled, low-E double, and triple glazing, and stable gas injection is possible through an automatic recognition program for flat glass size and thickness.

• Establishment of a State-of-the-Art Automated Smart Factory System: We pursue production efficiency and quality improvement by introducing a flat glass storage rack and automatic transfer shuttle rack system, automatic cutting machines, and an automatic insulated glass production line.
